What this application stores

In live mode we store submitted property details, analysis results, session activity, campaign tags, and referral origin. If you request an emailed comparison, we store your email and the result associated with that request. Optional update consent is recorded separately.

Cookies and delivery

A property tax image-test cookie remembers which splash image you see for up to 30 days. Live sessions record that image version so we can compare address submission rates. Preview links do not record activity.

An HTTP-only session cookie connects your activity for up to 30 minutes. The owner dashboard uses a separate login cookie. A transactional email provider receives your email address and comparison when delivery is configured.

Address suggestions and maps

When address autocomplete is enabled, the text you type is sent to Esri to suggest matching properties. Selecting a suggestion sends it to Esri to locate it, and the map shares the resulting coordinates with OpenStreetMap. These providers also receive standard connection information, such as your IP address. Manual entry remains available if suggestions are unavailable.

Sample mode

The sample walkthrough is fictional. It does not save your email or record sample funnel events.

Use and access

Information is used to operate the tool, deliver requested results, and understand which tools and campaigns are useful. Lead data is restricted to the protected owner dashboard. This application does not automatically share leads with referral partners or send marketing campaigns.
